THE ‘HOME’ BEHIND HOMESTEAD
Sarah Bednarski, APR — Owner/Principal
Sarah is a dynamic and experienced communications professional with a proven track record in media relations, executive-level and internal communications, reputation and crisis management.
After spending more than 20 years in the field, Sarah truly understands what communications can mean for an organization and it is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Both internal and external audiences desire to know they are heard and desire transparency more than anything else.
Following careers in both the public and private sector, Sarah wants to help organizations and companies alike in their PR and communications efforts. She believes that any successful PR effort must be built on partnerships. Clients are not just clients to her, rather, they become part of the “homestead” which means working together to cultivate communications and figuring out solutions.
While Sarah has spent a large amount of her 20-year career in health care, she also has experience in higher education and transportation. She’s led several critical and successful initiatives and projects during her tenure including announcements of new facilities to re-branding efforts to crisis management.
Sarah holds a bachelor degree in journalism and is accredited in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America.
